to receive certification of those parties to whom personal data has been disclosed, except in the case whereby such fulfilment is impossible or which necessitates the use of means disproportionate to the defended right.
The person concerned has the right to contest fully or in part:

the processing of personal data regarding him with the aim of sending publicity material or direct sales or for the fulfilling of market research or for commercial ends.
